Current Projects   Rathdrum/Merritt Brothers   Hayden Creek Professional Plaza / Merritt Creek Commercial:   Merritt Brothers upscale retail and professional plaza will be located north of the Washington Trust Bank on Government Way, Hayden Idaho.   This high end development project will offer approximately 30,000 square feet of leasable space designed by Miller Stauffer Architects and built by Lydig Construction out of Spokane, WA.  Beebe, McKernan and Daboll will be the leasing agents for the plaza suites.   Within the commercial park are three buildings currently under construction: Precision Energy Services; 2 story, 5200 sq/ft., owned by Mike and Linda Oswald. Holmes Law Office; owned by Ed and Lisa Holmes. Dr. Scott Johnson; 2 story 10,000 sq/ft professional office.
