Josh is a native of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

 

He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and a minor in Human Resource Management. After graduating, Josh returned to Coeur d’Alene and began his professional real estate career.

 

For the past 7 years Josh has specialized in both high end residential and commercial real estate. Josh is currently a CCIM™ candidate and is completing his real estate broker requirements for both Idaho and Washington.

 

Josh is consistently among the top producers in this market and works diligently for his clients.

 

In his free time, Josh enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family; wife, Andrea and 1 year old, Brodie.
