Jack moved to the Hayden Lake, Coeur d'Alene area in 1962 after graduating from the University of Montana with a degree in pharmacy. He owned Beebe’s Pharmacy in Hayden Lake for 15 years before going into the commercial real estate profession.

 

In 1985, along with business associate Rich McKernan, he started his own full service commercial brokerage company specializing in commercial sales and acquisitions, development, management and commercial leasing.

They have expanded their staff so as to broker residential, acreage, and lake properties.   Jack's sincere passion for the business of Real Estate and love for North Idaho is inherent to his son, Josh, and daughter, Brandie's work ethic as they are both active associates in Beebe, McKernan and Daboll. 

 

Jack is very active in the community, having been on the North Idaho College Board of Trustees for a number of years and chairman for 2 years. He has also been a member of the North Idaho College Foundation for 20 years and past president of the Hayden Lake Chamber of Commerce. He began the North Idaho Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and currently is the Vice Chairman of the Idaho Housing and Finance Association Board of Commissioners.

 

Jack spends his free time outdoors, enjoying golf, back packing and fly fishing with his wife, Camie, extended family and friends.    His pursuit for fly fishing has taken him to nearly every river in Idaho and Montana and to many exotic locations around the world.
